 TROOPS ARREST SUSPECTED KIDNAPPER, RECOVER AK-47 RIFLE ALONG BENIN–SAPELE ROAD Troops of 4 Brigade Nigerian Army, Operation WABAIZIGAN, have arrested a suspected kidnapper and recovered an AK-47 rifle and ammunition during a targeted operation along the Benin–Sapele Road in Ikpoba-Okha LGA of Edo State. The suspect, identified as Olamide Oyeniyi, was arrested on 12 September 2026 at Obaretin Community by troops conducting operations to disrupt criminal activities and safeguard major transportation routes within the area. Items recovered from the suspect include one AK-47 rifle, one magazine and eight rounds of 7.62mm Special ammunition. Other items recovered are one Tecno mobile phone, two bags, one torchlight, one music box and assorted charms.  Man laments over bad governance, tears his NYSC certificate


Nigerian man laments over bäd governance and härdship in the country as he rips his NYSC certificate apart.


The Nigerian man took to his social media page to express his frǔstration as part of the 30-Day-Rant Challenge.


He remarked that despite spending years in school obtaining a degree, he is unable to secure employment in Nigeria.

According to him, the hardship in the country is getting wørse for everyone.


In the viral video, he had ripped apart his NYSC certificate while condemning the situation of the country and asking its leaders to do their job in getting things right.


“During the time of our parents they can go to school and afford a basic life but now it is not even possible,” he lamented.


“Are we talking about the price of gas, electricity? everything is sky-rocketing,” he added.
