 LASG PRESENTS STAFF OF OFFICE TO NEW ONIȘẸ OF ISE KINGDOM The Lagos State Government has presented the Staff of Office and Instrument of Appointment to Prince Ibrahim Adebowale Saliu, as His Royal Majesty, Alaiyeluwa Oba Ibrahim Adebowale Saliu, the Onise of Ise Kingdom in Lekki Local Government Area. The presentation was performed on Friday, August 21, 2026, by the Special Adviser to the Governor on Rural Development, Dr. Nurudeen Yekinni Agbaje, alongside the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Local Government, Chieftaincy Affairs and Rural Development, Mrs. Kikelomo Bolarinwa, with the approval of the Lagos State Governor, Mr. Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu and the Lagos State Executive Council, following the demise of the late Oba Ganiu Adebowale Adegbesan, Onise of Ise Kingdom.  Community Activist Pamela Mabini Fatally Shot in Gqeberha


Pamela Mabini, a well-known community activist and whistleblower in the Timothy Omotoso rape and human trafficking case, was fatally shot in the driveway of her home in KwaZakhele.


Mabini, a vocal supporter of the victims in Omotoso’s trial, had previously survived an assassination attempt in May 2018 after receiving multiple threats. Despite the danger, she remained committed to seeking justice, regularly attending court proceedings and offering support to witnesses.


Her murder has sent shockwaves through the community, raising concerns about the safety of activists and whistleblowers. Authorities have yet to confirm whether her killing is linked to her involvement in the case.


Investigations are ongoing, and community leaders have called for swift action to bring those responsible to justice.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
