 Texas woman charged with medical child abuse for falsifying toddler’s health and pushing unnecessary feeding tube surgeries A Texas woman has been charged with medical child abuse after allegedly falsifying her toddler’s medical history to pressure doctors into performing unnecessary procedures, including feeding tube surgeries, in what authorities are calling a “sickening” case. Kaitlyn Rose Laura, 31, faces charges of injury to a child and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Officials said she deliberately misled medical staff about her 3-year-old son’s health to obtain a gastrostomy tube and later a gastrojejunostomy tube, despite no documented medical need. Investigators allege that hospital staff observed the boy eating normally while Laura claimed he refused all food. Covert surveillance confirmed the child was able to eat meals without difficulty, prompting authorities to stop tube feedings.  Salah, Terland Win PFA Fans’ Player of the Month Awards for February


Liverpool forward Mohamed Salah and Manchester United’s Elisabeth Terland have been named the Professional Footballers’ Association (PFA) Fans’ Player of the Month winners for February in their respective leagues.


Salah, known as the "Egyptian King," earned the Premier League Fans’ Player of the Month award for his stellar performances with Liverpool. The club celebrated the recognition with a social media post: "Love it, Mo! @MoSalah is the PFA Fans’ Player of the Month winner for February."


Meanwhile, Terland was honored as the Women’s Super League Fans’ Player of the Month for her impressive contributions. The PFA confirmed her win on X, stating, "Elisabeth Terland. Your PFA WSL Fans’ Player of the Month for February.".

 Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”.
