 PRESIDENT TINUBU CONGRATULATES MINISTER OF STATE FOR FOREIGN AFFAIRS AMBASSADOR ENIKANOLAIYE ON HIS BIRTHDAY   President Bola Tinubu has congratulated the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Sola Enikanolaiye, on his birthday.    A statement by Bayo Onanuga, Special Adviser to the President, Information and Strategy, indicates that the President describes Ambassador Enikanolaiye as a distinguished diplomat, accomplished administrator and dedicated public servant whose career reflects professionalism, patriotism and a deep commitment to Nigeria.   Ambassador Enikanolaiye served in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from August 1982 to August 2017, rising through the ranks to become Permanent Secretary.  Super Eagles Coach Eric Chelle Releases 35-Man Squad for 2026 World Cup Qualifiers


New Super Eagles head coach Eric Chelle has announced a 35-man provisional squad for Nigeria’s upcoming 2026 World Cup qualifiers against Rwanda (March 21) and Zimbabwe (March 25).


Key Highlights:

Ahmed Musa returns to the squad alongside vice-captain William Troost-Ekong and Joe Aribo.

Six new players have been included, including home-based talents Papa Mustapha, Kayode Bankole, and Ifeanyi Onyebuchi.

The squad blends experienced internationals with emerging stars across European and domestic leagues.


The squad features players across all positions, with Victor Osimhen, Samuel Chukwueze, and Kelechi Iheanacho leading the attack.
