 So Linus Williams (Blord) has been released from Kuje prison after fulfilling his bail conditions, finally, freedom after a few weeks in custody. However, here’s the current position of his case:  He is still expected to show up and stand his trial.  If he fails to appear in court even for one day, his bail can be revoked and a bench warrant may be issued against him, meaning a return to Kuje. If the prosecution cannot prove the charges against him, he will be discharged and acquitted. If the prosecution proves the charges, he may be sentenced and sent back to Kuje. I think he should seek a peaceful resolution to the case. Congrats to him on his freedom for now.

A MAN FROM CLAU-CLAU TRUST, KABOKWENI, NELSPRUIT, SENTENCED TO LIFE IMPRISONMENT FOR RAPING HIS 11-YEAR-OLD DAUGHTER. (PHOTO).

 A Man from Clau-Clau Trust, Kabokweni, Nelspruit, sentenced to life imprisonment for raping his 11-year-old daughter


It is reported that the man raped his daughter because he didn't want other men to penetrate into his daughter, he wanted to be the first to do it.


He has been sentenced to life imprisonment by Nelspruit High Court today, 22 April 2025. According to reports, he continues to threaten his family even though he is in prison.


According to the National Prosecuting Authority’s regional chairperson, Monica Nyuswa, the court also ordered his name to be entered into the National Register for Sexual Offenders, declared him unfit to work with children, and prohibited him from possessing a firearm.
