 PRESIDENT TINUBU CONGRATULATES MINISTER OF STATE FOR FOREIGN AFFAIRS AMBASSADOR ENIKANOLAIYE ON HIS BIRTHDAY   President Bola Tinubu has congratulated the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Sola Enikanolaiye, on his birthday.    A statement by Bayo Onanuga, Special Adviser to the President, Information and Strategy, indicates that the President describes Ambassador Enikanolaiye as a distinguished diplomat, accomplished administrator and dedicated public servant whose career reflects professionalism, patriotism and a deep commitment to Nigeria.   Ambassador Enikanolaiye served in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from August 1982 to August 2017, rising through the ranks to become Permanent Secretary. ANOTHER CHILD SADLY LOST HIS LIFE AFTER BEING FATALLY STRUCK BY A SCHOOL BUS.(PHOTO).

 Another child sadly lost his life after being fatally struck by a school bus.


6-year-old Mason Richards lost his life this morning due to injuries sustained after he was struck by a school bus in New Orleans.


New Orleans PD is investigating the death although at this point they say they do not believe the bus driver was impaired. It appears that this was just a tragic accident. 


According to reports, Mason was exiting a family members car and trying to catch the bus when he was struck and killed on Desire Street.


A spokesperson for KIPP schools (where Mason attended) released a statement saying, "Our thoughts are with his family and our entire community during this incredibly difficult time". 


Rest in peace, Mason. Our thoughts are with everyone involved.
