 PRESIDENT TINUBU CONGRATULATES MINISTER OF STATE FOR FOREIGN AFFAIRS AMBASSADOR ENIKANOLAIYE ON HIS BIRTHDAY   President Bola Tinubu has congratulated the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Sola Enikanolaiye, on his birthday.    A statement by Bayo Onanuga, Special Adviser to the President, Information and Strategy, indicates that the President describes Ambassador Enikanolaiye as a distinguished diplomat, accomplished administrator and dedicated public servant whose career reflects professionalism, patriotism and a deep commitment to Nigeria.   Ambassador Enikanolaiye served in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from August 1982 to August 2017, rising through the ranks to become Permanent Secretary. APC Shuts National Secretariat to Mourn Slain Director


The All Progressives Congress (APC) has closed its national secretariat in Abuja, known as “Buhari House,” following the death of its Director of Administration, Hon. AbdulRauf Adekunle Adeniji.


Adeniji, who was abducted weeks ago, was reportedly killed last month, though the kidnappers continued ransom negotiations while concealing his death.


In an internal memo titled “Secretariat Closure for the Mourning of the Director of Administration”, the party directed staff to observe the period for reflection and prayers for the late official and his family.


The secretariat will remain closed to all activities until Monday, April 14, 2025.
