 PRESIDENT TINUBU CONGRATULATES MINISTER OF STATE FOR FOREIGN AFFAIRS AMBASSADOR ENIKANOLAIYE ON HIS BIRTHDAY   President Bola Tinubu has congratulated the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Sola Enikanolaiye, on his birthday.    A statement by Bayo Onanuga, Special Adviser to the President, Information and Strategy, indicates that the President describes Ambassador Enikanolaiye as a distinguished diplomat, accomplished administrator and dedicated public servant whose career reflects professionalism, patriotism and a deep commitment to Nigeria.   Ambassador Enikanolaiye served in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from August 1982 to August 2017, rising through the ranks to become Permanent Secretary.  Boko Haram Kills Seven Mourners in Fresh Borno Attack


Suspected Boko Haram terrorists attacked a mourning gathering in Kopl Village, Chibok LGA, Borno State on Monday, killing at least seven people and injuring several others.


The ambush occurred around 6 p.m. during funeral prayers, with victims rushed to Mubi General Hospital in Adamawa State. Chibok LGA Chairman Modu Mustapha confirmed the incident, warning the death toll may rise as search operations continue.


The attack came hours after an IED explosion killed dozens along Gamboru Ngala-Kala Balge Road. Senator Ali Ndume condemned the rising insecurity, noting over 100 people have died in similar attacks across Borno in the past month.
