 Kebbi Govt Donates 10 Hilux Vehicles to Boost Security on Sokoto–Badagry Super Highway  The Kebbi State Government has handed over 10 brand-new Hilux vehicles to the Federal Ministry of Works to strengthen security for personnel working on the Sokoto–Badagry Super Highway project. The vehicles were formally received by the Minister of State for Works, Bello Muhammad Goronyo, who praised Kebbi State Governor, Dr. Nasiru Idris (Kauran Gwandu), for the donation. Goronyo described the gesture as a clear demonstration of the state government’s commitment to protecting workers and contractors on the strategic highway corridor. He explained that the vehicles will be deployed exclusively to security operatives providing cover for construction teams along the section of the super highway passing through Kebbi State. DEVASTATING FIRE LEAVES TENANT HOMELESS IN ABA. (PHOTO).

A massive fire swept through a residential building at 74 Lagos Street, Obohia road, Aba, Abia State, on Tuesday, leaving its occupants without a home. The inferno, which started while residents were asleep, ravaged the entire storey apartment, causing immense distress among those affected.


Although no lives were lost, the fire's cause remains unknown. However, some residents suspect a sudden electrical spark in one of the rooms may have triggered the blaze. Quick-thinking youths and sympathizers at Obohia road prevented the fire from spreading to nearby houses and shops.


The affected tenants have described the incident as a major disaster and are appealing to the Abia State government for assistance. Despite efforts to reach him, the Chief Fire Officer of Abia State, Nnanna Arua, was unavailable for an official statement.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
