 ‘Friend Of A Thief Is A Thief’, Defence Minister Warns Terrorist Sponsors The Minister of Defence, General Christopher Musa (rtd), has cautioned Nigerians against aiding terrorists, insurgents, bandits, or other criminal elements, stressing that anyone who supports criminal activities will face the full weight of the law. General Musa made the warning on Saturday while speaking as the Special Guest of Honour at the Armed Forces Celebration and Remembrance Day 2026 Golf Tournament held at the TYB Golf Resort and Country Club, Yar’Adua Barracks, Abuja. EFCC ARRESTS 13 SUSPECTED INTERNET FRAUDSTERS IN ABUJA. (PHOTOS). #PRESS RELEASE.

 EFCC Arrests 13 Suspected Internet Fraudsters in Abuja


 


Operatives of the Abuja Zonal Directorate  of  the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission.  EFCC,  have arrested 13 suspected internet fraudsters.


 


They were arrested on Thursday, April 24, 2025 in their hideout in Kubwa, a suburb of Abuja,  following credible intelligence on their  suspected involvement in internet-related activities.


 


Items recovered from the suspects include three laptops, 17 phones and two cars.


 


They will be charged to court as soon as investigations are concluded.

 Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”. He said: “Our orders for four attack helicopters from the United States of America will take some time to arrive.
