 Mark Consuelos details 'brutal five-month saga' before his father's death: 'I miss my dad' Mark Consuelos has spoken candidly about the loss of his father, Saul Consuelos, who passed away on March 23 after a long illness.  Appearing on the I’ve Never Said This Before with Tommy DiDario podcast, the Live with Kelly and Mark co-host reflected on the painful five-month period leading up to his father’s death.  He recalled knowing the end was near but admitted that the reality of the loss still hit him hard.  Consuelos shared that he was able to say goodbye while working on the Broadway play Fallen Angels, and though he later learned of his father’s passing during rehearsals, the production served as a welcome distraction.  Father Accidentally Kills Infant Son During Domestic Dispute in Abeokuta

A one‑year‑old boy, Ayinde, died Saturday night in the Elega area of Abeokuta after his father, Olamide, swung an iron rod meant for his wife and struck the child instead. 


Neighbours rushed the injured toddler to Trinity Hospital, where he was pronounced dead on arrival. Olamide fled the scene but was later reported to have gone to a police station. Ogun State Police have opened an investigation into the tragic incident.
