 PRESIDENT TINUBU CONGRATULATES MINISTER OF STATE FOR FOREIGN AFFAIRS AMBASSADOR ENIKANOLAIYE ON HIS BIRTHDAY   President Bola Tinubu has congratulated the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Sola Enikanolaiye, on his birthday.    A statement by Bayo Onanuga, Special Adviser to the President, Information and Strategy, indicates that the President describes Ambassador Enikanolaiye as a distinguished diplomat, accomplished administrator and dedicated public servant whose career reflects professionalism, patriotism and a deep commitment to Nigeria.   Ambassador Enikanolaiye served in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from August 1982 to August 2017, rising through the ranks to become Permanent Secretary.  Four Killed in Head-On Collision on R23 Road


Four people lost their lives in a tragic head-on collision between a sedan and a Ford Ranger bakkie on the R23 road between Balfour and Greylingstad last night.


The victims include the drivers of both vehicles and two passengers. One passenger from the bakkie sustained minor injuries and received treatment at Suikerbosrand Life Care Hospital in Heidelberg. He has since been discharged.


According to Moet Mmusi, spokesperson for the Mpumalanga Department of Community Safety, Security and Liaison, the sedan involved in the collision was being towed at the time of the crash. The other sedan, which was towing it, was not damaged and its driver was unharmed.


The exact cause of the accident is still unclear, and an investigation is underway.
