 A 13-year-old boy lost his life after he was attacked by three large dogs while riding his bicycle. This tragic incident occurred January 3rd on the 100 block of Upper Sandy Cove Road in Welshtown, Nova Scotia, Canada.  On that day, 13-year-old Drew Nickerson, was enjoying the day by riding his bike through the neighborhood. As Drew rode his bike down the road, two large Cane Corsos and a Rottweiler came running out into the road from a nearby residence. The three dogs then began to viciously attack Drew. The attack left the young boy bleeding in the roadway and suffering from serious injuries.  Upon discovering Drew severely injured in the roadway, one of the owners of the dogs loaded Drew into their vehicle and rushed him to a nearby hospital.  Drew was then airlifted to a hospital in Halifax, where he sadly succumbed to his injuries on January 5th.  Soludo Flags Off Chinua Achebe Airport Road Project in Umueri

Governor Chukwuma Soludo has flagged off the construction of the Chinua Achebe International Cargo Airport's new road in Umueri, Anambra State. The ceremony took place on Monday, April 7, despite the sit-at-home order in the state. During the event, Soludo praised his predecessors for their contributions to Anambra's growth, particularly former Governor Willie Obiano, who laid 90% of the airport's foundation stones.


The Mayor of Anambra East showered much praises to the governor over the construction of various link roads in Anambra East. He assured him of massive support votes in November;adding that his good works is seen by everyone. 


The traditional rulers  said prayers for God's protection and grace for the governor to solve more problems of 'Ndi Anambra'.They gave the solution governor automatic ticket for second tenure stressing that Gov. Soludo has no opponents in the next guber election.


The highlight was the official flag off of the roads and this was followed by hilarious shouts of praises and hails from the mammoth crowd that came.


Speaking further in an interview with one of the attendees who spoke under anonymity;he blew it hot that Soludo's government truly has the magic formula for restoring peace and progress in Anambra.He added that other guber contestants should not waste time ."if the wall is not broken why mending it," he quoted.

 Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”.
