 PRESIDENT TINUBU CONGRATULATES MINISTER OF STATE FOR FOREIGN AFFAIRS AMBASSADOR ENIKANOLAIYE ON HIS BIRTHDAY   President Bola Tinubu has congratulated the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Sola Enikanolaiye, on his birthday.    A statement by Bayo Onanuga, Special Adviser to the President, Information and Strategy, indicates that the President describes Ambassador Enikanolaiye as a distinguished diplomat, accomplished administrator and dedicated public servant whose career reflects professionalism, patriotism and a deep commitment to Nigeria.   Ambassador Enikanolaiye served in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from August 1982 to August 2017, rising through the ranks to become Permanent Secretary.  Mbah Urges Nursing Students to Remain in Enugu to Curb Brain Drain


Enugu State Governor, Peter Mbah, has urged nursing students to remain in the state after graduation, citing the government’s heavy investment in healthcare and education.


Speaking at the maiden matriculation of the upgraded College of Nursing, where 240 students were admitted, Mbah—represented by SSG Prof. Chidiebere Onyia—warned against the “japa syndrome,” stressing the need to retain talent.


The college, now a Higher National Diploma-awarding institution, offers students multiple certifications including RN, RM, OND, and HND. Officials praised the state’s healthcare reforms, including infrastructure upgrades, increased admissions, and 260 new primary health centres.
