NO ARRESTS HAVE BEEN MADE IN A STARTLING GEORGIA QUADRUPLE HOMICIDE THAT LEFT 4 FEMALE FAMILY MEMBERS DECEASED; INCLUDING A 2-YEAR-OLD GIRL WHO HAD BEEN PLACED IN THE HOME AFTER BE TAKEN FROM HER MOTHER FOR NEGLECT. HOWEVER, A PERSON OF INTEREST HAS BEEN IDENTIFIED.(PHOTO).

No arrests have been made in a startling Georgia quadruple homicide that left 4 female family members deceased; including a 2-year-old girl who had been placed in the home after be taken from her mother for neglect. However, a person of interest has been identified.

Police in Perry, Georgia stumbled onto a chilling scene while performing a welfare check at a home at the Westwood trailer park. There is no report on the initial call that led to the welfare check however police involvement uncovered a grisly quadruple homicide.

Once inside of the home, officers found the deceased bodies of 3 women and a 2-year-old child. The adult victims were all family members and lived in the home where the child had been placed. The victims were 82-year-old Beaulah Joiner,  37-year-old Tuquondra Robinson  and a 51-year-old, Michelle Joiner. The 2-year-old girl has been identified as A'Layah Joyner.

Autopsies have shown 3 of the individuals died as a result of stab wounds and 1 died as a result of suffocation.

Family members are questioning DCFS and their decision to place A'Layah with the family member on her father's side. They believe that she would still be alive if she had been placed with her father who had  been fighting for custody of her. A'Layah was placed into foster care and then eventually the relatives home after her mother's arrest for neglect last year.  Her mother remains in jail on those charges.

Just this week a family member came forward naming Michael James Jordan as a suspect in the killings. Michael and Tuquondra had been in a relationship. Jordan's last known address was the same residence where the homicides occurred.

Michael James Jordan has not been charged in the multiple homicides, but is currently being held in Houston County Jail on unrelated charges. Although a family member has named Jordan as a suspect, police have not confirmed him as being a person of interest in this case. They have stated they were looking into a male who lived in the home and Michael was arrested on the unrelated charges the day after police discovered the bodies.

Our thoughts are with the family of all of the victims of this horrific incident and we hope they get justice for their loved ones.
