 Pixar announces new Finding Nemo short film, Loving Dory  Pixar is returning to the “Finding Nemo” universe with a new short film titled “Loving Dory,” continuing the franchise after its two films grossed roughly $2 billion worldwide. The short was announced at the Annecy International Animation Film Festival, where Pixar also revealed plot details and screened early footage. Produced by Mary Alice Drumm and directed by Lou Hamou-Lhadj, the story follows Dory as she takes Nemo to school. On her way back, she becomes trapped in a sea anemone and is rescued by what she believes is a jellyfish, which is actually a plastic bag containing a discarded sunscreen tube. Dory then forms an unexpected friendship with the object, with the footage showing a series of whimsical, emotional moments between the pair.  Orji Uzor Kalu Vows Tinubu Will Win Abia in 2027 Election


Former Abia State Governor and Senator Orji Uzor Kalu has declared that President Bola Tinubu will secure victory in Abia State during the 2027 presidential election. Speaking at an Abia APC stakeholders’ meeting he hosted at his private residence in Abuja on Thursday, Kalu expressed confidence in rebuilding the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the state to ensure a strong electoral performance.


Kalu emphasized unity among party members, urging them to forgive past grievances and work together to strengthen the APC. “There is no faction in APC. I am committed to the rebuilding of the party and the overall unity of the APC in Abia State to support President Bola Tinubu in achieving his Renewed Hope agenda for the good of all Nigerians,” he said.


He vowed to prevent a repeat of past electoral losses, stating, “I won’t allow President Bola Tinubu to lose Abia again. I won’t be around, and it happens.” Kalu also extended a personal appeal for reconciliation, saying, “If I have offended anyone, please forgive me. Let’s make this party stronger and better.”


The meeting saw the attendance of prominent APC figures, including Minister of State for Labour and Employment, Nkeiruka Onyejeocha, Donatus Nwankpa, and other key party leaders from Abia.
