 YOBE STATE GOVERNMENT APPROVES ENROLLMENT OF RETIREES INTO THE STATES HEALTHCARE MANAGEMENT  Yobe state government has approved the enrollment of the state and local government retirees into the state  contributory  Healthcare Management Agency (YSCHMA) social equity programme, marking a significant milestone in the state's effort to strengthen social protection and expand access to quality healthcare .  Rainstorm Destroys Over 70 Houses in Plateau


A severe rainstorm has devastated several communities in Langtang South, Plateau State, destroying over 70 houses and barns in Mabudi, Sabon Gida, and surrounding areas.


Residents are calling on the Plateau State Government for urgent intervention. Council Chairman, Hon. Nanfa Nbin, confirmed the incident, noting that the local Emergency Management Committee has begun assessing the damage.
