 LASG PRESENTS STAFF OF OFFICE TO NEW ONIȘẸ OF ISE KINGDOM The Lagos State Government has presented the Staff of Office and Instrument of Appointment to Prince Ibrahim Adebowale Saliu, as His Royal Majesty, Alaiyeluwa Oba Ibrahim Adebowale Saliu, the Onise of Ise Kingdom in Lekki Local Government Area. The presentation was performed on Friday, August 21, 2026, by the Special Adviser to the Governor on Rural Development, Dr. Nurudeen Yekinni Agbaje, alongside the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Local Government, Chieftaincy Affairs and Rural Development, Mrs. Kikelomo Bolarinwa, with the approval of the Lagos State Governor, Mr. Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu and the Lagos State Executive Council, following the demise of the late Oba Ganiu Adebowale Adegbesan, Onise of Ise Kingdom.  Rivers Administrator to employ 10,000 graduates


In a significant development for employment opportunities in Rivers State, Vice Admiral (Rtd) Ibok-Ete Ekwe Ibas CFR, the Sole Administrator of the state, has given the green light for the recruitment of 10,000 individuals into the Rivers State civil service. The decision, announced today, April 10, 2025, opens doors for both graduates and non-graduates who meet the necessary qualifications.


The recruitment initiative aims to bolster the state's workforce and provide job opportunities to thousands of residents. According to an official statement from Prof Ibibia Lucky Worika, Secretary to the State Government, the application process will commence shortly.


Aspiring candidates will be able to submit their applications through a dedicated online portal, which is set to open at midnight on Sunday, April 13, 2025. The portal is expected to streamline the recruitment process, ensuring a transparent and efficient selection of eligible applicants..

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
