 So Linus Williams (Blord) has been released from Kuje prison after fulfilling his bail conditions, finally, freedom after a few weeks in custody. However, here’s the current position of his case:  He is still expected to show up and stand his trial.  If he fails to appear in court even for one day, his bail can be revoked and a bench warrant may be issued against him, meaning a return to Kuje. If the prosecution cannot prove the charges against him, he will be discharged and acquitted. If the prosecution proves the charges, he may be sentenced and sent back to Kuje. I think he should seek a peaceful resolution to the case. Congrats to him on his freedom for now.

 SCHOLAR TRANSPORT DRIVER ARRESTED FOR THE ALLEGED RAPE OF A 5 - YEAR OLD GIRL 


MAFEFE : 35-year-old scholar transport operator has been arrested in connection with the alleged rape of a 5-year-old girl in Mafefe village outside Lebowakgomo.


The incident allegedly occurred between January and March 2025.


It is alleged that the suspect raped the child after picking her up from school.


Limpopo Police say the suspect reportedly dropped off other children as usual, and instead of taking the victim straight home, he allegedly raped her inside his vehicle.


Spokesperson Colonel Malesela Ledwaba says the suspect was arrested on Thursday and will appear before the Thabamoopo Magistrate's Court soon, facing a charge of rape.
