 Dutch referee Rob Dieperink dies weeks after removal from World Cup officiating list Dutch referee Rob Dieperink has died at the age of 38, weeks after FIFA removed him from its list of officials for the World Cup. The Dutch Football Association (KNVB) confirmed his death in a statement, saying it was “shocked and deeply saddened” by the news. His cause of death has not been disclosed. Dieperink was arrested in April by the Metropolitan Police in the United Kingdom following a report of an alleged sexual assault involving a teenage boy in London. A Metropolitan Police spokesperson said officers responded on April 9 to a report of sexual assault at an address in Croydon and arrested a man in his 30s on suspicion of the offence. Police later said that after reviewing available evidence, including CCTV footage and digital devices, the investigation had concluded that “the evidential threshold had not been met” and no further action would be taken.  WOMAN ( 31 ) ARRESTED FOR STABBING HER EX - BOYFRIEND TO DEATH IN GROBLERSDAL 



GROBLERSDAL: A 31 year old woman is facing murder charges after suspected of fatally stabbing her alleged former boyfriend in Groblersdal, Sekhukhune District on Saturday, 19 April at about 17h30. 


The police were alerted and on their arrival at the scene found the deceased laying at the veranda and also found the deceased ex-girlfriend  


It is further alleged that the deceased arrived and found the suspect who was with a friend. 


An argument arose between the woman and the victim and in the ensuing heated argument the man was stabbed with a sharp object allegedly by the ex girlfriend. 


The man attempted to flee the scene after being stabbed but he fell on the veranda and was certified dead by the Emergency Medical Services personnel . 


The  former girlfriend of the deceased was arrested on the scene. 


The suspect who is facing murder charge will appear before the local Magistrate's Court soon.
