 NDLEA dismantles Abuja drug bunks, arrests 132, recovers 220kg illicit substances  -Marwa hails operation, vows to sustain crackdown in FCT, other states  In a non-stop two-week offensive action against traffickers and dealers, operatives of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) have successfully dismantled several drug joints and bunks within and around the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Abuja where a total of 132 suspects were arrested and 220 kilograms of assorted illicit substances recovered. The wel-coordinated raids jointly conducted by the Agency's Directorate of Operations and General Investigation (DOGI) and the FCT Strategic Command from llth to 25th April 2026 were launched to dismantle illicit drug hubs contributing to substance abuse, trafficking, and associated criminal activities in the capital city after weeks of intelligence and surveillance across all identified hotspots. A CALIFORNIA FATHER HAS PASSED AWAY AFTER HIS TEENAGE DAUGHTER WENT OVER AN EMBANKMENT WHILE HE WAS TEACHING HER TO DRIVE.(PHOTO).

 A California father has passed away after his teenage daughter went over an embankment while he was teaching her to drive.


An absolute tragedy occurred in Laguana Beach, CA on Monday, May 26th. On that day, a 15-year-old girl was out with her 64-year-old father.  


The father was attempting to teach the young girl to drive when disaster struck. According to authorities, they believe the young girl got the gas pedal and brake pedal mixed up. This is a common mistake in new drivers. The girl thought she was hitting the brake but instead accelerated rapidly, sending the vehicle plummeting 40 feet down an embankment.


The father was pronounced deceased on scene. Sadly, the young girl was rushed to the hospital with significant injuries but she is reported to be in stable condition thankfully.


Our thoughts are the young girl and her family . We do hope she realizes that this was an accident and it could have happened to any new driver. ❤️‍🩹
