 LASG ISSUES TRAFFIC ADVISORY AHEAD OF FANTI CARNIVAL The Lagos State Government has announced traffic diversions and restrictions ahead of the Lagos Fanti Carnival scheduled to hold on Monday, 6th April, 2026, around Tafawa Balewa Square (TBS), Lagos Island. In a bid to ensure a seamless and hitch-free carnival procession, vehicular movement will be restricted along major adjoining roads linking TBS. Affected Routes are; King George V Road (by Mobil Filling Station), Flag House inbound TBS, Force Road inbound TBS, Onikan Roundabout inbound TBS, and WaterBoy Roundabout by Old Defence House. Additionally, all link roads to Moloney Road, such as Military Road (by Old Defence Building), Ajasa Street, Boyle Street, and Hawley Street, will be closed to traffic during the event. A CALIFORNIA FATHER HAS PASSED AWAY AFTER HIS TEENAGE DAUGHTER WENT OVER AN EMBANKMENT WHILE HE WAS TEACHING HER TO DRIVE.(PHOTO).

 A California father has passed away after his teenage daughter went over an embankment while he was teaching her to drive.


An absolute tragedy occurred in Laguana Beach, CA on Monday, May 26th. On that day, a 15-year-old girl was out with her 64-year-old father.  


The father was attempting to teach the young girl to drive when disaster struck. According to authorities, they believe the young girl got the gas pedal and brake pedal mixed up. This is a common mistake in new drivers. The girl thought she was hitting the brake but instead accelerated rapidly, sending the vehicle plummeting 40 feet down an embankment.


The father was pronounced deceased on scene. Sadly, the young girl was rushed to the hospital with significant injuries but she is reported to be in stable condition thankfully.


Our thoughts are the young girl and her family . We do hope she realizes that this was an accident and it could have happened to any new driver. ❤️‍🩹

 Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”. He said: “Our orders for four attack helicopters from the United States of America will take some time to arrive.
