 Dolly Parton returns to public eye to celebrate opening day at Dollywood     Dolly Parton made her first public appearance in months to celebrate the opening day of Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, on Friday. The country music icon reflected on the past year, a year after the death of her husband of nearly 60 years, Carl Dean, saying she is “doing good” and has been working to rebuild herself spiritually, emotionally, and physically after grieving and dealing with health issues that kept her from touring. Joined on stage by Dollywood president Eugene Naughton, Parton brought her trademark humor to the crowd, joking about rumors of a new husband while reaffirming her devotion to Dean. She also shared updates on her ongoing projects, including a new Broadway musical and her Dolly’s Life of Many Colors Museum in Nashville. A CALIFORNIA FATHER HAS PASSED AWAY AFTER HIS TEENAGE DAUGHTER WENT OVER AN EMBANKMENT WHILE HE WAS TEACHING HER TO DRIVE.(PHOTO).

 A California father has passed away after his teenage daughter went over an embankment while he was teaching her to drive.


An absolute tragedy occurred in Laguana Beach, CA on Monday, May 26th. On that day, a 15-year-old girl was out with her 64-year-old father.  


The father was attempting to teach the young girl to drive when disaster struck. According to authorities, they believe the young girl got the gas pedal and brake pedal mixed up. This is a common mistake in new drivers. The girl thought she was hitting the brake but instead accelerated rapidly, sending the vehicle plummeting 40 feet down an embankment.


The father was pronounced deceased on scene. Sadly, the young girl was rushed to the hospital with significant injuries but she is reported to be in stable condition thankfully.


Our thoughts are the young girl and her family . We do hope she realizes that this was an accident and it could have happened to any new driver. ❤️‍🩹
