 ANAMBRA SHMB WARNS HEALTH INFORMATION OFFICERS OVER LATE REPORTS, REITERATES 7TH-DAY DEADLINE By Ebele Egoh The Anambra State Hospital Management Board (SHMB) has urged Health Information Management Officers to ensure accurate medical records, timely data submission and strict protection of patients’ confidential information to strengthen healthcare delivery across the state. The Director of Medical Support Services of the Board, Mrs Nneka Uzor, gave the call during a meeting and training session for health information personnel held on Oct. 9 at the SHMB conference hall. Mrs Uzor stressed that maintaining complete medical records and safeguarding patients’ information are essential professional responsibilities, cautioning  the officers against disclosing sensitive health information to unauthorised persons and urged them to uphold the highest standards of confidentiality. A CALIFORNIA FATHER HAS PASSED AWAY AFTER HIS TEENAGE DAUGHTER WENT OVER AN EMBANKMENT WHILE HE WAS TEACHING HER TO DRIVE.(PHOTO).

 A California father has passed away after his teenage daughter went over an embankment while he was teaching her to drive.


An absolute tragedy occurred in Laguana Beach, CA on Monday, May 26th. On that day, a 15-year-old girl was out with her 64-year-old father.  


The father was attempting to teach the young girl to drive when disaster struck. According to authorities, they believe the young girl got the gas pedal and brake pedal mixed up. This is a common mistake in new drivers. The girl thought she was hitting the brake but instead accelerated rapidly, sending the vehicle plummeting 40 feet down an embankment.


The father was pronounced deceased on scene. Sadly, the young girl was rushed to the hospital with significant injuries but she is reported to be in stable condition thankfully.


Our thoughts are the young girl and her family . We do hope she realizes that this was an accident and it could have happened to any new driver. ❤️‍🩹

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
