 NDC STATEMENT ON COURT RULING Our attention has been drawn to a ruling by the Federal High Court sitting in Lokoja this morning, wherein His Lordship, Honourable Justice Isah Dashen, gave a ruling on an application filed by an unregistered association known as Peace Movement Party. The public knows that by December 2025, the Nigeria Democratic Congress  as an association complained of INEC’s refusal to register us as a political party, whereupon we proceeded to the Federal High Court. The Federal High Court upheld our constitutional right to freedom of association under the Constitution and compelled INEC to register us, which INEC did. Since then, we have started political activities, embarked on the registration of members, held congresses from ward to national levels, held conventions, and concluded primaries to all offices following INEC’s timetable. A SWEET 13-YEAR-OLD OHIO BOY LOST HIS LIFE AFTER FALLING FROM A FLOAT DURING A MEMORIAL DAY PARADE.(PHOTO).

 A sweet 13-year-old Ohio boy lost his life after falling from a float during a Memorial Day parade.


This tragedy unfolded at 11:23 a.m. in Green, Ohio during the town's memorial day parade. The unidentified teen was riding on a trailer that was being used as a float. 


As the float made its way down the street, the teen slipped and fell from the front of the trailer. Sadly, upon falling from the trailer, the teen was struck by the trailer's tires. 


The juvenile sustained severe injuries and was rushed to Akron City Hospital where medical staff desperately attempted to save his life. Unfortunately, despite all of their efforts, the young boy succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased at the hospital.


The young boy was a student in the North Canton City School District who released the following statement- "There is no greater tragedy than the death of a young person, and we offer our sincere condolences and support for the family." The school is offering counselors for any student affected by this tragic incident.


Our thoughts are with the family and friends of the victim.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
