 World’s Youngest Reigning Monarch , King Oyo, Dies at 34 King Oyo Nyimba Kabamba Iguru Rukidi IV, the traditional ruler of Uganda’s Tooro Kingdom who became the world’s youngest reigning monarch after ascending the throne at three, has died at the age of 34. The monarch reportedly died on Thursday, with the Prime Minister of the Tooro Kingdom, Calvin Armstrong Rwomiire Akiiki, announcing his death on Friday. The cause of death was not immediately disclosed. However, Ugandan media reports quoted a government minister as saying that King Oyo had been critically ill and was receiving medical treatment in the United States. Reacting to the development, Akiiki described the monarch’s death as a major loss to the royal family and the people of Tooro. He urged members of the kingdom to remain united and calm while mourning the traditional ruler. A SWEET 13-YEAR-OLD OHIO BOY LOST HIS LIFE AFTER FALLING FROM A FLOAT DURING A MEMORIAL DAY PARADE.(PHOTO).

 A sweet 13-year-old Ohio boy lost his life after falling from a float during a Memorial Day parade.


This tragedy unfolded at 11:23 a.m. in Green, Ohio during the town's memorial day parade. The unidentified teen was riding on a trailer that was being used as a float. 


As the float made its way down the street, the teen slipped and fell from the front of the trailer. Sadly, upon falling from the trailer, the teen was struck by the trailer's tires. 


The juvenile sustained severe injuries and was rushed to Akron City Hospital where medical staff desperately attempted to save his life. Unfortunately, despite all of their efforts, the young boy succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased at the hospital.


The young boy was a student in the North Canton City School District who released the following statement- "There is no greater tragedy than the death of a young person, and we offer our sincere condolences and support for the family." The school is offering counselors for any student affected by this tragic incident.
