 NDC STATEMENT ON COURT RULING Our attention has been drawn to a ruling by the Federal High Court sitting in Lokoja this morning, wherein His Lordship, Honourable Justice Isah Dashen, gave a ruling on an application filed by an unregistered association known as Peace Movement Party. The public knows that by December 2025, the Nigeria Democratic Congress  as an association complained of INEC’s refusal to register us as a political party, whereupon we proceeded to the Federal High Court. The Federal High Court upheld our constitutional right to freedom of association under the Constitution and compelled INEC to register us, which INEC did. Since then, we have started political activities, embarked on the registration of members, held congresses from ward to national levels, held conventions, and concluded primaries to all offices following INEC’s timetable. ANAMBRA POLICE COMMAND WADES INTO DIFFERENCES BETWEEN ANAMBRA STATE CORRESPONDENTS CHAPEL AND NIGERIA UNION JOURNALISTS ANAMBRA STATE COUNCIL


The Anambra State Police Command, today, 19th May 2025, waded into the differences between the Anambra State Correspondents Chapel and the Nigeria Union of  Journalists Anambra State Council. This is aimed at resolving the issues at stake and to allow a smooth transition of leadership.


The intervention of the Commissioner of Police, *CP Ikioye Orutugu fwc MNIPS PhD* aims to promote unity and stability within the bodies as all the parties have agreed to resolve their differences by allowing journalists to focus on their professional duties.


The *CP* sued for calm and sought further cooperation among the parties, especially some interested personalities even as the deliberations is ongoing.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
