Trump issues pardon to former Republican congressman Stephen Buyer after insider trading conviction    President Donald Trump has issued a full pardon to former Republican congressman Stephen Buyer, who served nearly two years in prison after being convicted of insider trading tied to post-congressional consulting work. Buyer was sentenced in 2023 to 22 months in prison for illegal stock trades made while working as a consultant and lobbyist. He was ordered to forfeit more than $350,000 in ill-gotten gains and pay a $10,000 fine. He was released from custody in 2025 after his conviction was upheld, with the Supreme Court declining to take up his appeal earlier this year.  Chelsea Women Crush Manchester United 3-0 to Claim FA Cup and Complete Historic Treble


Chelsea Women delivered a commanding 3-0 victory over Manchester United in the Women’s FA Cup final at Wembley on Sunday, securing a historic English domestic treble in coach Sonia Bompastor’s debut season. The triumph capped an unbeaten campaign for the “Invincibles,” who had already clinched the Women’s Super League and League Cup titles.


French star Sandy Baltimore was the standout performer, scoring twice and providing an assist. She opened the scoring with a penalty in first-half stoppage time and sealed the win in the 91st minute, firing home after outmaneuvering United’s Lisa Naalsund. Baltimore also set up Catarina Macario’s header in the 84th minute, which effectively ended United’s hopes of a comeback.
