 Setting the Records Straight on  Citizen Asar Michael Sesugh's  Death The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission,  EFCC,  considered it imperative to clear the air on some recent incidents at its Makurdi Zonal Directorate,  Benue State.   Operatives of the Directorate arrested 26 suspected cyber fraudsters on April 28,  2026.  They were profiled and kept in custody for further investigations after obtaining a Remand Order at a Magistrate Court.  Shortly after their arrest,  specifically on May 4,  2026,  three of the suspects sought permission to use the lavatory at the Directorate's  Holding Facility and were permitted.   They cashed in on the opportunity,  broke the toilet's roof and escaped from detention.  Several efforts were made to re- arrest them to no avail.  "Don’t deny your husband sex, even when tired," Veekee James to women


Celebrity fashion designer and social media influencer, Veekee James, has stirred conversation online after advising married women not to withhold sexual intimacy from their husbands, even when feeling exhausted.

The designer, who has been married for over a year, shared the advice during a conversation with her sister-in-law, drawing from her personal experience as a newlywed.

Veekee emphasized that maintaining sexual intimacy is essential for a strong marital bond. According to her, even when women are too tired to engage fully, making small efforts to meet their husbands’ emotional and physical needs can help strengthen the relationship.

“I have at least almost a year and a half of marriage experience. So don’t deny your husband sex; it’s not a lie. Sometimes you might be so tired that you cannot move, and the last thing you want is anyone touching you,” she said.

She went on to use vivid language to drive home her point, saying, “Heck, on some days, you may be able to see that he looks like he’d go and die in the bathroom. My sister, just lie down and open your legs; you don’t need to do anything, just make the crooked way straight.”

While stressing the importance of effort, James also encouraged healthy communication in marriage. She noted that women should express their fatigue in a gentle and understanding manner, especially when they are not too drained.

“But on days when you’re not really too tired, you’d just have to know how to say it and pet him so that he would see you’re also so tired,” she added.
