 PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT NAF RELEASES LIST OF ELIGIBLE APPLICANTS FOR BMTC 46/2025 APTITUDE TEST The Nigerian Air Force (NAF) wishes to inform the public that the list of eligible applicants for the Basic Military Training Course (BMTC) 46/2025 Aptitude Test has been published on the NAF Recruitment Portal. The list can be accessed via www.nafrecruitment.airforce.mil.ng . The Aptitude Test is scheduled for 13 December 2025 at 15 designated centres nationwide, commencing at 0700hrs. All shortlisted applicants are advised to arrive early and must come with their acknowledgement slips and required writing materials, as these are compulsory for participation. The NAF remains committed to a transparent, credible, and merit-based recruitment process aimed at selecting the most qualified young Nigerians to serve with honour and professionalism. ILLINOIS: THREE FAIRVIEW HEIGHTS POLICE OFFICERS WERE SHOT LATE SATURDAY NIGHT. (PHOTO).

 Illinois- Three Fairview Heights police officers were shot late Saturday night. 


Fairview Heights PD were called to the report of a suspicious individual prowling near homes on Potomac Drive. Officers arrived on the scene a little before 10:00 p.m. and made contact with an individual who matched the description of the prowler. Officers reported the suspect was involved in what they described as a "domestic situation".


As police arrived on the scene and began to intervene, the suspect opened fire on the officers. One officer was struck in the face, while another was shot in the arm. A third officer was struck in the back, luckily his Kevlar vest prevented the bullet from penetrating the officer. 


The suspect was subdued, however, two additional officers were injured while making the arrest.  


The officer who was shot in the face was rushed to a nearby hospital where she underwent emergency surgery. She is listed in critical but stable condition. The officer struck in the arm suffered a broken bone as a result of the gunshot wound. He remains in the hospital receiving treatment for his injuries.  All other injured officers were treated and released. 


The suspect has not been identified and remains in custody at this time. The Illinois State Police have taken over the investigation at this point.


Our thoughts are with the injured officers and their families. We hope they have full recoveries.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
