 ‘Friend Of A Thief Is A Thief’, Defence Minister Warns Terrorist Sponsors The Minister of Defence, General Christopher Musa (rtd), has cautioned Nigerians against aiding terrorists, insurgents, bandits, or other criminal elements, stressing that anyone who supports criminal activities will face the full weight of the law. General Musa made the warning on Saturday while speaking as the Special Guest of Honour at the Armed Forces Celebration and Remembrance Day 2026 Golf Tournament held at the TYB Golf Resort and Country Club, Yar’Adua Barracks, Abuja.  Late Shebah Rilakwo Not Our Student, NSUK Clarifies


The Nasarawa State University, Keffi, NSUK has reacted to reports circulating in some online media outlets regarding the death of its student, Shebah Rilakwo Jatau.


In a statement issued by its acting Information and Protocol Officer, Jaafar Abdullahi Abubakar, the state-owned University, however, said the deceased was not a student but the son of a staff member, Professor Benson Shedrack Jatau.


Abubakar, who described the reports as misinformation, urged members of the public to disregard them in their entirety.


The deceased, who has since been buried according to reports, took h¡s own l¡f£ on April 28, 2025, at the university's senior staff quarters.
