 Setting the Records Straight on  Citizen Asar Michael Sesugh's  Death The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission,  EFCC,  considered it imperative to clear the air on some recent incidents at its Makurdi Zonal Directorate,  Benue State.   Operatives of the Directorate arrested 26 suspected cyber fraudsters on April 28,  2026.  They were profiled and kept in custody for further investigations after obtaining a Remand Order at a Magistrate Court.  Shortly after their arrest,  specifically on May 4,  2026,  three of the suspects sought permission to use the lavatory at the Directorate's  Holding Facility and were permitted.   They cashed in on the opportunity,  broke the toilet's roof and escaped from detention.  Several efforts were made to re- arrest them to no avail.  OPHK: TROOPS NEUTRALIZE SCORES OF ISWAP/BOKOHARAM INSURGENTS IN SAMBISA FOREST


In a renewed offensive against ISWAP/BokoHaram terrorists hibernating within the Sambisa Forest, troops of Operation HADIN KAI (OPHK), have  launched a successful operation on May 11, 2025, during the operation in Ladin Buttu, which is one of the key terrorist enclaves, troops engaged the insurgents in a fierce battle, leveraging their superior firepower and dexterity to neutralize several terrorists. The troops also recovered weapons and other ordnance.


Further operations in the area revealed signs of blood on the terrorists' withdrawal routes, indicating that those who escaped suffered gunshot wounds. Ladin Buttu is a strategic location for the insurgents, allowing them to coordinate logistics and move within the forest.


Operations HADIN KAI leadership commended the troops for their bravery and tactical prowess, noting that the exploit aligns with the recent operational directives of the Chief of Army Staff for invigorating offensive operations on all fronts.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
