Rock legend Ozzy Osbourne is pushing through extraordinary health challenges to deliver one final Black Sabbath performance.

The 76-year-old metal icon is undergoing daily heart monitoring - with blood pressure checks 15 times per day - as he prepares for the July 5 reunion concert at Birmingham's Villa Park. This marks the first time in 20 years that all four original Black Sabbath members will perform together.

Despite his Parkinson's diagnosis and ongoing recovery from spinal surgery, Ozzy remains determined: "I'm giving it everything I've got." The charity concert will raise funds for Parkinson's research and children's hospitals.
