 New UK Prime Minister not the leader Britain needs — Kemi Badenoch UK Conservative Party leader, Kemi Badenoch, has congratulated Andy Burnham on becoming Britain’s new prime minister but said while he is “a nice man,” the country needs a leader capable of making difficult decisions rather than “a people pleaser.” In a statement released on Monday on X following Burnham’s assumption of office, Badenoch wished the new prime minister success but vowed to hold his government accountable as Leader of the Opposition. “Today, Britain has a new Prime Minister. I wish Andy Burnham every success. Because we need a Prime Minister and a Government focused on fixing the public’s priorities,” she said.  Why I rejected Netflix’s ₦3 billion offer – Peller


Nigerian TikTok streamer and content creator Habeeb Hamzat, popularly known as Peller, has stirred reactions online after revealing he once rejected a whopping N3 billion offer from Netflix for his girlfriend, Jarvis, to act in a kissing scene.

Peller made the sensational claim during a recent livestream chat with singer Peter Okoye of P-Square.

“Netflix offered 3 billion Naira to my girlfriend, Jarvis, to do a kissing scene, but I turned it down,” Peller said.

In disbelief, Peter asked for clarification: “Do you mean N3 million or N3 billion?”

“Three billion!” Peller insisted. “I know you might not believe me, but I have the record of the video call. I warned them never to contemplate such ever again. I love my baby. I don’t joke with my baby. She is my life.”

Peter responded supportively, saying, “Always look out for her.”
