 LASG PRESENTS STAFF OF OFFICE TO NEW ONIȘẸ OF ISE KINGDOM The Lagos State Government has presented the Staff of Office and Instrument of Appointment to Prince Ibrahim Adebowale Saliu, as His Royal Majesty, Alaiyeluwa Oba Ibrahim Adebowale Saliu, the Onise of Ise Kingdom in Lekki Local Government Area. The presentation was performed on Friday, August 21, 2026, by the Special Adviser to the Governor on Rural Development, Dr. Nurudeen Yekinni Agbaje, alongside the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Local Government, Chieftaincy Affairs and Rural Development, Mrs. Kikelomo Bolarinwa, with the approval of the Lagos State Governor, Mr. Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu and the Lagos State Executive Council, following the demise of the late Oba Ganiu Adebowale Adegbesan, Onise of Ise Kingdom. 88 CHILDREN WERE RESCUED FROM AN IOWA CHURCH "SUMMER CAMP" AND ARE NOW IN PROTECTIVE CUSTODY. (PHOTO).

 In an almost unbelievable story, 88 children were rescued from an Iowa church "summer camp" and are now in protective custody!


The Louisa County Sheriff's Department said they now have 88 children in protective custody after conducting a child saftey operation.


According to reports, the Sheriff's Office swept into the Shekinah Glory Summer Camp in Columbus Junction, Iowa on Thursday, June 12th and Friday, June 13th. The operation was in response to multiple reports of child a**** and endangerment regarding the children who were attending. 


After conducting their operation, the children were loaded onto buses and taken to a nearby church to meet with child protection workers. It was understandably a very chaotic scene. After being interviewed, ALL of the children were placed into emergency temporary foster care until all parents and guardians could be contacted. 


These parents paid $500 per child for this alleged summer camp! 


This is an ongoing investigation and authorities have not released any additional information regarding the extent of the a**** or potential suspects in the case.
