2027: Abia APC gov candidate unveils running mate The All Progressives Congress governorship candidate in the 2027 general election in Abia State, Eric Opah, presented his running mate, Godswill Egbe, to the party in the state, noting that the party is running to win. Opah made the presentation on Monday in Umuahia, the state capital. “If you want to choose somebody to work with, you have to make sure that it is not somebody who will give you trouble. So, because running mate and deputy governor positions often come with disagreements with the principal, I took my time. I have to tell our party members, this is a man of integrity,” Opah said. He added that Egbe is a man that Abians and the APC will be proud of. “Let me make it very clear. We are running this election. APC is running this election to win. “Agu Egbe will work with me in honesty to use Abia money to work for Abians. We are not going to claim 400 roads when we build 20. A REFUGEE FROM THE ST. LOUIS TORNADO IS CHARGED AFTER THROWING HOT GREASE ON HER ROOMMATE BEFORE STABBING HER MULTIPLE TIMES.(PHOTO).

A refugee from the St. Louis tornado is charged after throwing hot grease on her roommate before stabbing her multiple times.

23-year-old Sanaa-Azzariya McAffe had been living with the victim for approximately three weeks after becoming displaced following a tornado. It is reported that a verbal altercation turned violent.

Officers in Cape Girardeau, Missouri were called to the residence after a neighbor called 911 and reported hearing a woman screaming. Upon gaining entry, they found the victim covered in blood and barely able to stand.

The victim was rushed to the hospital for treatment where the extent of her injuries became clear. The victim had been st*bbed in the neck and thigh, she also had cuts to her face and hand. In addition to those wounds, she had burns on her face.

When the victim was able to speak with officers she informed them that she had let McAfee stay with her after McAfee's home was destroyed by the tornado that had impacted St. Louis. She told police she and McAfee had begun arguing on the night of the incident. As the exchange escalated, McAfee callously grabbed a pan of hot grease and threw it in her face before st*bbing and slicing her with a blade.

After the assault, McAfee stole the victim's cellphone and fled in the victim's car. Flock cameras picked up the vehicle in the area of Ferguson, Missouri; however there is no report on if it has been recovered.

Sanaa-Azzariya McAffe was finally arrested on June 17th. She is being charged with both first and second degree assault, armed criminal action and stealing a motor vehicle. McAfee had a bond set at $ 100,000.

Our thoughts are with the victim and we hope she has a full recovery.
