 A Limpopo man who stabbed his girlfriend to death in front of his own mother will spend the next 20 years in prison. The Polokwane High Court sentenced 48 year old Nathaniel Molatelo Mokgehle from Sekonye Village in the Botlokwa policing area for the murder of his girlfriend, 41 year old Mokgadi Julia Mohlaela. The court heard he chased her out of the house and continued stabbing her until she collapsed and died. Mokgehle also received six months for malicious damage to property. The sentence will run at the same time as the 20 year murder sentence. Evidence presented in court showed the victim had previously opened a malicious damage to property case against him. He was still attending court for that case when the murder happened. The attack happened on 08 June 2025 around 16:00 at his mother’s home in Sekonye Village. AUTHORITIES IN NEW YORK RECOVERED 2-YEAR-OLD MONTRELL WILLIAMS' BODY AFTER HIS FATHER CALLOUSLY CLAIMED HE THREW THE CHILD INTO THE BRONX RIVER.(PHOTO).

 Authorities in New York recovered 2-year-old Montrell Williams' body after his father callously claimed he threw the child into the Bronx River.


NYPD Harbor Unit report they did indeed discover the child's body in the Bronx River on Wednesday June, 10th.


According to authorities, little Montrell was last seen May 10th when he was taken by his father for a custodial visit. It's not clear when he was supposed to return the child, however it is clear the child was never returned to the mother. 


Then an alarming encounter last weekend sent the mother on high alert. According to police they were contacted by the panicked mother after she saw the father on the street. When she asked where Montrell was at, the father became agitated and pulled a knife on the mother! He then allegedly told the mother he had thrown Montrell into the river. 


The parents names have not been released, however authorities report the father is in custody for questioning.
