BLAKE LIVELY HAS WITHDRAWN HER EMOTIONAL DISTRESS CLAIMS AGAINST "IT ENDS WITH US" DIRECTOR JUSTIN BALDONI, BUT ONLY AFTER HIS LEGAL TEAM SOUGHT ACCESS TO HER MEDICAL RECORDS AND THERAPY NOTES TO DEFEND AGAINST HER ALLEGATIONS.(PHOTO).

Blake Lively has withdrawn her emotional distress claims against "It Ends With Us" director Justin Baldoni, but only after his legal team sought access to her medical records and therapy notes to defend against her allegations.

Lively is withdrawing emotional distress claims against Justin Baldoni, after Baldoni's legal team sought discovery of her medical records.

The actress wants to withdraw the claims "without prejudice," meaning she could potentially refile them later, but Baldoni's team insists any dismissal must be "with prejudice" to prevent future refiling. This development marks a significant turn in the $400 million legal battle stemming from their contentious collaboration on the domestic violence drama.
