 KADIRS Warns Residents Against Fake Revenue Collectors, Introduces E-Demand Notice As Sole Payment Authorization The Kaduna State Internal Revenue Service (KADIRS) has cautioned taxpayers and residents of Kaduna State against making revenue payments without first obtaining an official E-Demand Notice (Pay Advice), warning that fraudsters may exploit outdated payment processes to defraud the public. In a public announcement issued on Thursday, KADIRS said the move forms part of its ongoing efforts to automate revenue collection and enhance transparency across the state.  The agency disclosed that manual demand notices previously used for Local Government revenue collection have been phased out and are no longer recognized. According to KADIRS, the E-Demand Notice (Pay Advice) has officially replaced the former Local Government Harmonized Demand Notice and is now the only valid document for on-the-spot taxpayer assessment through the state's Central Billing System.  Enyimba in Contract Talks with Stanley Eguma for Permanent Head Coach Role


Enyimba Football Club, the nine-time Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) champions, are negotiating with Stanley Eguma to appoint him as their permanent head coach, following his stint as interim manager last season.


Eguma, who took over mid-season after the dismissal of Olanrewaju Yemi, led Enyimba to a commendable sixth-place finish in the NPFL. The club also placed third in their CAF Confederation Cup group, narrowly missing the knockout stage.


According to club sources, Eguma has presented his contract demands to Enyimba’s management, who are currently reviewing them. Both parties are expected to finalize the agreement next week, paving the way for Eguma to assume the role on a permanent basis.


The negotiations signal Enyimba’s confidence in Eguma’s ability to steer the People’s Elephant back to the top of Nigerian and continental football.
