 STATEHOUSE PRESS STATEMENT PRESIDENT TINUBU MOURNS NAF PERSONNEL IN ONDO JET CRASH, ORDERS THOROUGH INVESTIGATION OF THE MISHAP   President Bola Tinubu has expressed profound sadness over the crash on Monday morning of a Nigerian Air Force ATR-42 jet near a naval base in the Igbokoda area of Ondo State.   The aircraft was on a routine mission from Benin to Lagos when the accident occurred.   The President extends his deepest condolences to the family of the 25 passengers and seven crew members involved, the Chief of the Air Staff, Air Marshal Sunday Kelvin Aneke, and all officers, airmen and airwomen of the Nigerian Air Force.   "This is a painful moment for our Armed Forces and for the entire nation.  LAGOS STATE PARKING AUTHORITY OPENS AREA OFFICE IN YABA


‎In line with the Lagos State Government commitment for a continuous improvement in the parking management, the Lagos State Parking Authority (LASPA), has commenced operation in its Area office in Yaba. The office which is located inside the Yaba Local Council Development Area (LCDA) at 379, Herbert Macaulay way, Yaba, commenced operations in May, 2025.


‎Speaking on the initiative, the General Manager of LASPA, Mrs. Adebisi Adelabu, stated that the creation of the Yaba Area Office was a deliberate move by her Agency to ensure a broader and more efficient coverage of the Yaba axis. According to her, LASPA officials are now on ground in Yaba Local Council Development Area to ensure a smoother, safer parking experience and improve business turnaround time for residents.


While acknowledging that the Yaba office is the first Area office to be opened by LASPA, she noted that several other offices would soon be opened in order to ensure a faster and more efficient service delivery to the people in the various Local Government and Council Development Areas of the State.


‎The Yaba Area office is expected to serve as a Centre point for stakeholders engagement, enforcing compliance, and parking infrastructure development within the Yaba LCDA.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
