 KADIRS Warns Residents Against Fake Revenue Collectors, Introduces E-Demand Notice As Sole Payment Authorization The Kaduna State Internal Revenue Service (KADIRS) has cautioned taxpayers and residents of Kaduna State against making revenue payments without first obtaining an official E-Demand Notice (Pay Advice), warning that fraudsters may exploit outdated payment processes to defraud the public. In a public announcement issued on Thursday, KADIRS said the move forms part of its ongoing efforts to automate revenue collection and enhance transparency across the state.  The agency disclosed that manual demand notices previously used for Local Government revenue collection have been phased out and are no longer recognized. According to KADIRS, the E-Demand Notice (Pay Advice) has officially replaced the former Local Government Harmonized Demand Notice and is now the only valid document for on-the-spot taxpayer assessment through the state's Central Billing System.  What started as an elegant film premiere turned into an uncomfortable situation for Miley Cyrus at the Tribeca Film Festival last night. Fans who paid $800+ for tickets began heckling the singer, shouting "We thought this was a concert!" during her "Something Beautiful" visual album screening. 


  The confusion stemmed from misleading ticket descriptions on resale platforms that advertised "MILEY CYRUS LIVE" without clarifying it was a film festival event, not a concert. Despite the disruption, Cyrus gracefully handled the situation by performing an impromptu a cappella version of "The Climb" to appease frustrated attendees. This incident raises questions about ticket marketing transparency and fan expectations.
