 SDP PARLEYS MEDIA AHEAD OF 2027 GENERAL ELECTIONS  The Social Democratic Party, SDP has disassociated itself from those calling for the rescheduling of the 2027 general elections due to the confirmed case of Ebola in Nigeria. A statement by the Presidential candidate of the Party, Prince Adewole Adebayo indicates that just one case of the disease recorded is not enough to cancel or reschedule the election that is already at hand, as the situation is not yet a pandemic. He explains that the country has the ability to take care of the situation. The statement further encourages the media to be as independent and unbiased as possible in reporting the forthcoming general election. It emphasises the media's role in sustaining democratic governance in the country. The SDP Presidential candidate encourages media practitioners to get acquainted with the party's manifesto and enlighten the public adequately, enabling them to actively engage the party during campaigns.

PETER OBI, PAID A CONDOLENCE VISIT TO THE NIGER STATE GOVT OVER THE MOKWA FLOOD DISASTER, DONATES ₦20M.(PHOTOS).

 His Excellency Mr. Peter Obi, former Anambra State Governor, paid a condolence visit to the Niger State Government over the Mokwa flood disaster. 


He was received by the Deputy Governor, Comrade Yakubu Garba. During the visit, Obi donated ₦20 million and offered prayers for the victims. 


He commended the state government's response efforts and called for more action to mitigate natural disasters. Obi expressed deep sympathy with the affected families and communities, showing solidarity during this challenging time. His donation aims to support relief efforts and bring hope to those affected by the flood.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
