The Real Housewives community is mourning a devastating loss. Lauren Miller, a beloved Shed Media executive and mother of two who worked on The Real Housewives of New York City and Salt Lake City, tragically died on Monday, June 9, moments after giving birth to her son Jackson.

Her husband Kevin described her as "the love of my life" while asking for prayers during this impossible time. Baby Jackson spent time in the NICU but has since been discharged and is now home with his father and 3-year-old sister Emma. Co-workers have started a GoFundMe to support the family, and charitable organizations are providing formula, diapers, and grief support resources.

Housewives stars including Tamra Judge and Heather Gay have shared their condolences. How do we support families facing such unthinkable tragedy? .
