 ABIA STATE BOARD OF INTERNAL REVENUE COMMENCES MARKET DIGITALIZATION IN MARKETS IN ABA  The Abia State Board of Internal Revenue Service (ABIRS) in partnership with Access Bank has officially rolled out its Market Digitalization Initiative aimed at modernizing revenue collection and enhancing transparency in markets across the state. The rollout, which took place on Saturday at the Ariaria international market, Aba, was designed to identify and register traders, strengthen revenue collection, reduce leakages, and promote transparency and accountability. Speaking on behalf of the Executive Chairman, the Secretary, Abia State Internal Revenue Service (ABIRS) Mrs.  Eke Bridget said the initiative will simplify payment processes for traders, ensure accountability, and boost the state's Internally Generated Revenue (IGR).  Senate President Akpabio Pledges to Resolve Rivers State Political Crisis


Senate President Godswill Akpabio has reaffirmed the National Assembly’s commitment to resolving the ongoing political crisis in Rivers State, more than three months after President Bola Tinubu declared a six-month state of emergency in the state.


Speaking on Thursday in Abuja while representing President Tinubu at the commissioning of the Kugbo Taxi and Bus Terminal, Akpabio assured that the National Assembly is actively working to restore political stability and peace. He emphasized ongoing efforts to address the root causes of the crisis and promote reconciliation among stakeholders.


“We are determined to ensure that normalcy returns to Rivers State. The National Assembly will work closely with all parties involved to ensure lasting peace and progress for the people,” Akpabio stated.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
