 YOBE STATE GOVERNMENT APPROVES ENROLLMENT OF RETIREES INTO THE STATES HEALTHCARE MANAGEMENT  Yobe state government has approved the enrollment of the state and local government retirees into the state  contributory  Healthcare Management Agency (YSCHMA) social equity programme, marking a significant milestone in the state's effort to strengthen social protection and expand access to quality healthcare .  Shakira has canceled her highly anticipated World Pride 2025 concert in Washington D.C., marking the sixth cancellation of her Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran world tour.

 The Colombian superstar cited equipment difficulties from her Boston show that couldn't be resolved in time for Saturday's performance at Nationals Park. 


  D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser made an emotional public plea: "Shakira, girl get yourself here! We love you, we want to see you!" The cancellations have frustrated fans who traveled internationally for the shows, with one writing about the "unacceptable" short notice.
