  Chikun/Kajuru Rep, Hon. Fidelix Bagudu, Announces New Appointments To Strengthen Inclusive Governance The Honourable Member representing the Chikun/Kajuru Federal Constituency, Hon. Fidelix Joseph Bagudu, has announced a wide-ranging list of new appointments aimed at deepening inclusive governance and enhancing representation across the constituency. The appointments, which take immediate effect, were unveiled in alignment with Kaduna State Governor Senator Uba Sani’s commitment to participatory governance. According to the lawmaker’s office, the list reflects deliberate efforts to ensure fair representation of all wards, communities, and interest groups across Chikun and Kajuru Local Government Areas (LGAs). A statement issued by the Media and Publicity Directorate noted that the move also fulfills the Honourable Member’s campaign pledge to integrate every segment of the constituency into the decision-making and governance structure.  Tragic Loss: Woman Killed in Road Accident Days Before Reunion With Mother After 30 Years


A devastating road accident at Edjeba Junction near DBS, Warri, has claimed the life of Vivian Temi, a woman who was just days away from reuniting with her mother after more than three decades apart.


According to a report by Trish, the incident occurred on Thursday, June 5, as Temi was returning from the Nigerian Immigration Office. She had been making preparations for the long-awaited reunion with her mother, whom she had not seen in over 30 years.


Eyewitnesses allege that the accident was caused by a high-speed convoy belonging to an unidentified individual. The convoy, described as "reckless" and "overspeeding," reportedly crashed into the vehicle Temi was traveling in.


She was pronounced dead at the scene.


Temi, who would have celebrated her birthday on June 25, was widely known for her gentle spirit and love for children. Friends and members of her community have taken to social media and local gatherings to mourn her, remembering her as warm, soft-spoken, and deeply compassionate.


She is survived by her children and extended family.
