 Russia launches massive drone and missile barrage on Ukraine, killing at least 18 civilians and striking Kyiv and multiple cities  Russia carried out a large-scale overnight assault on Ukraine, launching hundreds of drones and dozens of missiles that killed at least 18 civilians and wounded more than 100 others across multiple cities, officials said Tuesday. The strikes hit Kyiv, Dnipro and other regions, with emergency crews working through destroyed residential buildings where some victims were trapped under rubble. In Dnipro, rescuers recovered the bodies of a 3-year-old child and a mother and her 8-year-old son, while officials reported 12 deaths in the city and six in Kyiv. The bombardment stretched from night into daylight, with explosions reported across wide areas of the country. A BELOVED HORSE FOLLOWED THE HEARSE CARRYING AN 8-YEAR-OLD VICTIM OF THE TEXAS FLOODS.(PHOTOS).

 A beloved horse followed the hearse carrying an 8-year-old victim of the Texas Floods.


In a sweet and heartbreaking tribute to Virginia Hollis, her grandfather led her horse, 'Salt Valley', behind the hearse during her funeral procession on Wednesday, July 16th.


Virginia was one of the 27 people from Camp Mystic who lost their lives in the July 4th floods. It was several painful days before authorities were able to locate and recover Virginia.


Her funeral was held in Bellville, Texas on Wednesday. Residents lined the streets to show respect for the young girl taken away much too soon. 


Virginia's parents say she was a little cowgirl who loved the rodeo. It only seems fitting that her horse be present as she was laid to rest. 


Our thoughts are with the family of Virginia Hollis and all the families picking up the pieces after that devastating day.
