Dutch referee Rob Dieperink dies weeks after removal from World Cup officiating list Dutch referee Rob Dieperink has died at the age of 38, weeks after FIFA removed him from its list of officials for the World Cup. The Dutch Football Association (KNVB) confirmed his death in a statement, saying it was “shocked and deeply saddened” by the news. His cause of death has not been disclosed. Dieperink was arrested in April by the Metropolitan Police in the United Kingdom following a report of an alleged sexual assault involving a teenage boy in London. A Metropolitan Police spokesperson said officers responded on April 9 to a report of sexual assault at an address in Croydon and arrested a man in his 30s on suspicion of the offence. Police later said that after reviewing available evidence, including CCTV footage and digital devices, the investigation had concluded that “the evidential threshold had not been met” and no further action would be taken. A FLORIDA MAN CELEBRATED HIS BIRTHDAY BY TAKING LARGE QUANTITIES OF METHAMPHETAMINE, STEALING A TOUR TRAIN, AND THEN PICKED UP PASSENGERS ON SAID TOUR TRAIN. (PHOTOS).

A Florida man celebrated his birthday by taking large quantities of methamphetamine, stealing a tour train, and then picked up passengers on said tour train.

Police in Key West, Florida, were called to the Conch Tour Train Depot on July 4th.

When officers arrived on the scene, they were met by confused and shocked employees who shared an incredible story.

According to employees, 57-year-old Johnathan Winslow rolled up to the depot in a Kia  with his music blaring. Police noted that the Kia was still running with music playing when they arrived on the scene.

Winslow reportedly popped out of his Kia and informed employees he used to work there.  He then told employees he wanted to tour a train before jumping on a train and taking off.

Luckily, employees were already tracking the train's location and informed officers it was in the downtown area.

As officers arrived at the downtown area, they found the train abandoned on the street.  They learned Winslow had picked up two random passengers before deciding his shift was over and walking away from the train.

Police began to canvas the area, and it wasn't long before they discovered Winslow at the buoy indicating the southern most point of the Continental USA. He had such a busy birthday.

Officers reported Winslow was speaking very fast and excitedly as he told his version of events. He pleaded his case to authorities, saying it was his birthday, and he had only "borrowed the train". He went on to explain that it was "all fine" because he used to work for Conch Tour Train services.

Unfortunately for him, Winslow's birthday explanation didn't work. While being arrested officers found a meth pipe and methamphetamine in his pockets.

Winslow was charged with burglary, grand theft auto, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
