BLORD IS OUT FROM KUJE PRISON AFTER PERFECTING ALL HIS BAIL CONDITIONS.(PHOTO).

So Linus Williams (Blord) has been released from Kuje prison after fulfilling his bail conditions, finally, freedom after a few weeks in custody. However, here’s the current position of his case:  He is still expected to show up and stand his trial.  If he fails to appear in court even for one day, his bail can be revoked and a bench warrant may be issued against him, meaning a return to Kuje. If the prosecution cannot prove the charges against him, he will be discharged and acquitted. If the prosecution proves the charges, he may be sentenced and sent back to Kuje. I think he should seek a peaceful resolution to the case. Congrats to him on his freedom for now.

An Indiana man receives a 92-year prison sentence for drowning his 3-month-old baby in a bucket of laundry detergent.

A judge in Lafayette, Indiana handed down a 92-year sentence to 29-year-old Eliasard Moneus on Tuesday July, 1st .

The sentence was in connection to the August 2024 shocking passing of 3-month-old, Jacob Moneus.

In August of 2024, Eliasard's wife was sitting at home watching television with Jacob when Eliasard entered the room and took her baby son away from her.

He then left the home with Jacob only to return around 30 minutes later to carry out a vicious attack on his wife with "either a tire iron or a wrench", officials have stated.

His wife went to the hospital for treatment of her injuries and police responded to the hospital. Officers quickly determined baby Jacob was unaccounted for; a Silver Alert was issued as police at that time believed Jacob to be in extreme danger.

Sadly, the very next day the search for Jacob came to a heartbreaking conclusion as officers searched the couple's apartment for the second time.

Jacob was found deceased and fully submerged in a bucket of undiluted laundry detergent with the lid completely sealed. Officers were shocked and completely taken aback by the discovery on scene.

Due to Eliasard taking a plea deal in the homicide of Jacob, additional charges of domestic battery, aggravated battery and criminal confinement were dropped.

Our thoughts are with baby Jacob and all who loved him, especially his mother who did recover from her injuries but will surely carry scars for a lifetime. May she know peace sooner than later.
