 LASG PRESENTS STAFF OF OFFICE TO NEW ONIȘẸ OF ISE KINGDOM The Lagos State Government has presented the Staff of Office and Instrument of Appointment to Prince Ibrahim Adebowale Saliu, as His Royal Majesty, Alaiyeluwa Oba Ibrahim Adebowale Saliu, the Onise of Ise Kingdom in Lekki Local Government Area. The presentation was performed on Friday, August 21, 2026, by the Special Adviser to the Governor on Rural Development, Dr. Nurudeen Yekinni Agbaje, alongside the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Local Government, Chieftaincy Affairs and Rural Development, Mrs. Kikelomo Bolarinwa, with the approval of the Lagos State Governor, Mr. Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu and the Lagos State Executive Council, following the demise of the late Oba Ganiu Adebowale Adegbesan, Onise of Ise Kingdom.  Another Osun Fed lawmaker dumps Adeleke, PDP


Member representing Ife Federal Constituency of Osun Taofeek Ajilesoro has dumped the Peoples Democratic Party(PDP)

The Nation recalled that Ajilesoro was one of the party leaders who agreed to follow Governor Ademola Adeleke to any party.

But Adeleke on Tuesday said his defection plan into the All Progressives Congress(APC) was frustrated, urging supporters to stay in the PDP.

However, Ajilesoro dumped the party on Tuesday night notifying PDP party leaders in a letter dated July 22nd 2025 of Ilare Ward II, Ife Central Local Government, Osun State of his resignation from the party.

The letter, which was copied National Assembly, PDP National Working Committee and others reads: ”Please accept this letter as formal notification of my resignation from the People’s Democratic Party

(PDP), effective immediately.

“This decision, though difficult, has become necessary due to the persistent internal conflicts, deep-seated divisions, and the pervasive culture of legal disputes that have unfortunately come to characterise the party.”

A source hinted another Federal lawmaker may dump PDP on Wednesday.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
