 ‘I’ll turn off the mic’ — Remi Tinubu reins in Adeleke’s singing at Ooni’s anniversary First Lady Oluremi Tinubu cautioned Ademola Adeleke, the Osun state governor, for prolonged singing during his remarks at the 10th coronation anniversary celebration of Adeyeye Ogunwusi, the Ooni of Ife. The moment, captured in a now-viral video, occurred as the governor mounted the podium on Sunday to pay tribute to the monarch and to congratulate the Remi on her newly bestowed chieftaincy title, Yeye Asiwaju Gbogbo Ile Oodua. Rather than proceed immediately with his formal message, Adeleke, popularly known as the “Dancing Governor” for his spirited public appearances, burst into a short musical chant, drawing laughter from parts of the audience.  Anthony Joshua Hints at Retirement in 2025 After 12-Year Boxing Career


London, UK – British boxing star Anthony Joshua has suggested that 2025 could mark the end of his professional boxing career, according to comments made during an interview on 'The Ariel Helwani Show' on July 28, 2025. The 35-year-old former heavyweight champion, who suffered a fifth-round knockout loss to Daniel Dubois in September 2024, hinted that his next fight could be his last.


Joshua, who turned professional in 2013, paid tribute to his long-time promoters, MatchRoom Boxing, during the interview. “Long may you reign supreme and keep giving fighters opportunities to become champions and make boxing great,” he said. Reflecting on his career, he added, “12 years ago, I signed with you, and 12 years later, I will throw my last punch with you.”


The statement has sparked speculation that Joshua, a two-time former unified heavyweight champion, may retire after his next bout, expected later in 2025. Fans and analysts await further details on his upcoming fight and whether it will indeed be his final appearance in the ring.
