 PRESIDENT TINUBU CONGRATULATES MINISTER OF STATE FOR FOREIGN AFFAIRS AMBASSADOR ENIKANOLAIYE ON HIS BIRTHDAY   President Bola Tinubu has congratulated the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Sola Enikanolaiye, on his birthday.    A statement by Bayo Onanuga, Special Adviser to the President, Information and Strategy, indicates that the President describes Ambassador Enikanolaiye as a distinguished diplomat, accomplished administrator and dedicated public servant whose career reflects professionalism, patriotism and a deep commitment to Nigeria.   Ambassador Enikanolaiye served in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from August 1982 to August 2017, rising through the ranks to become Permanent Secretary.  DR CONGO PAYS FC BARCELONA N71 BILLION FOR ADVERTS 


The Democratic Republic of Congo allegedly entered into a deal to pay FC Barcelona over ₦70.85 billion for a sponsorship deal that will promote tourism in the eastern African country.


According to the partnership, Congo will pay FC Barcelona €10 million to €11.5 million every year for four years for rights to advertize the African country on the club's jerseys, magazine, annual reports, websites, and advertising spaces.


The sponsorship will feature DR Congo as the "Heart of Africa" in terms of tourism and travel destination. It follows similar deals with AC Milan and AS Monaco at €14 million and €1.6 million respectively per season.
