 LASG ISSUES TRAFFIC ADVISORY AHEAD OF FANTI CARNIVAL The Lagos State Government has announced traffic diversions and restrictions ahead of the Lagos Fanti Carnival scheduled to hold on Monday, 6th April, 2026, around Tafawa Balewa Square (TBS), Lagos Island. In a bid to ensure a seamless and hitch-free carnival procession, vehicular movement will be restricted along major adjoining roads linking TBS. Affected Routes are; King George V Road (by Mobil Filling Station), Flag House inbound TBS, Force Road inbound TBS, Onikan Roundabout inbound TBS, and WaterBoy Roundabout by Old Defence House. Additionally, all link roads to Moloney Road, such as Military Road (by Old Defence Building), Ajasa Street, Boyle Street, and Hawley Street, will be closed to traffic during the event.  TikTok star and PM Extra's Drisey fan, Compound House is dead 


Angela, affectionately known online as Compound House or Akosua, has sadly passed away. 


A fan of TikTok couple Drill and Rosey (Drisey), Angela was widely known for her unwavering support and vibrant online presence.


Her sudden silence on social media sparked concern among followers, only for it to be later revealed that she had been battling an illness. 


After weeks of speculation, her death was confirmed by friends and family on TikTok.


Popular accounts like @SolidGist and @AloBlogger were among the first to break the news, while a relative also confirmed her passing during a live session hosted by her online community on Sunday.

 Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”. He said: “Our orders for four attack helicopters from the United States of America will take some time to arrive.
