 South Korean police seek arrest warrant for Hybe chairman Bang Si-Hyuk over alleged $100 million investor fraud scheme    South Korean police are seeking an arrest warrant for Bang Si-Hyuk, the billionaire music executive behind K-pop powerhouse Hybe and BTS, as part of an expanding investigation into allegations that he improperly benefited from an investor scheme involving more than $100 million. Authorities said they have asked prosecutors to pursue a court warrant for Bang’s arrest as they continue probing claims that he misled investors in 2019. Investigators allege he told investors that Hybe had no plans for an initial public offering, leading them to sell shares to a private equity fund.  GUNMEN REPORTEDLY ABDUCTED BENUE COMMUNITY YOUTH LEADER, RAYMOND NAGO ASEMA

In a troubling incident that has sparked widespread concern, a youth leader in Makurdi, Hon. Ambassador Raymond Nago Asema, was reportedly abducted from his residence by unidentified men in uniform believed to be operatives of the Nigeria Police.


The incident, which occurred at approximately 2:30 PM on Monday, was disclosed in a statement issued by Emmanuel Slimchild Shishim, Chief of Staff to the youth leader.


 According to the statement, Hon. Asema was trailed and forcefully taken away shortly after returning to his home. The men did not disclose their identities or reveal the destination to which the youth leader was being taken.


As of the time of filing this report, there has been no official statement from the Nigeria Police Force or any relevant security agency confirming or denying involvement in the incident.


The development has generated anxiety among the youth population in Benue State, many of whom view Hon. Asema as a strong voice for their interests.
